★ Second Bedroom: Relax in the cozy embrace of a queen bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of Palm Beach adventures.

★ Third Bedroom: Tailored for families and groups, this room features two twin bunk beds, creating a playful yet comfortable space for children or extra guests.

Each bedroom is adorned with premium bedding, soft linens, and an abundance of natural light, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for another day in paradise. With smart TVs in every room and ample storage, your comfort is our priority. We’ve also provided plush towels and individual hotel-sized toiletries to enhance your stay.

★ Parking: Convenient garage parking is available, with ample space for your car, boat, or RV. Situated on a peaceful, no-outlet street, Royal Retreat offers the seclusion you crave.

★ Laundry: A full set of laundry amenities, including a washer, dryer, ironing board, and cleaning supplies, is provided for your convenience.

★ Safety & Security: Your safety is our top priority. The property is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and first aid kits. Front outdoor cameras add an extra layer of security.

Listing Access:

Guests have private access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. Please note that pool maintenance, landscapers, or other maintenance personnel may access the backyard without prior notice to guests.

Our charming home is situated in a safe, upscale neighborhood of the charming community, Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This is one of the best neighborhoods for a relaxing, safe, and quiet getaway that’s still close to everything the Palm Beach area has to offer. You’re also just a quick drive away from West Palm Beach and the beautiful, sandy Florida shoreline. 

If you’re looking for outdoor recreation, Commons Park is a must. This expansive urban park offers playgrounds, splash pads, walking trails, and picnic areas. It’s an idyllic spot for families to spend fun quality time together. 

Guests will also be really close to Royal Palm Beach Pines Natural Area. Nature lovers will adore exploring the diverse ecosystems of wetlands and pine forests. This spot is great for birdwatching, hiking, and unique wildlife sightings. 

The nearby Jim Brandon Equestrian Center is also a cool place to witness horse shows and special events. You can even try horseback riding lessons. This is a big equestrian region, so get involved in the local culture!

If you’re aiming for the beaches, look no further than Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Delray Beach. These are all family-friendly spots with convenient amenities, local eateries (don’t skip Peppermint Thai!), and paddleboarding opportunities.

Listing Notes:

★ We will put a pre authorisation hold of $500 security deposit on your card on file before or during your stay.
★ Refund: If you cancel within the refundable time period we'll still be charging 5% from your total payment for processing fees.
★ Security cameras in the front of the house only.
★ Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher and first aid kits. 
★ Housebroken pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pup.
★ The pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times.
★ Use of the pool/spa, and bunk bed is at the guest’s own risk.
★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
★ Guests that are not in the reservation are not permitted.
★ Be respectful of check-in and check-out time. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
