13 Aug 2026 Property Spotlight
Some vacation homes are built for quiet mornings and slow afternoons. Bora Bora is not that house. This is the one where somebody's always challenging somebody else to a round of pickleball, the game room lights are glowing neon by 9pm, and by the end of the trip, half the group has a favorite arcade machine. If your idea of a good getaway involves actual activity, not just a nice view, this Casa Grande property was built with you in mind.
The villa sleeps up to 18 guests across six bedrooms, ten beds, and three full bathrooms, plus a dedicated office for anyone who needs to sneak away for a call. It's one of Relaxtay's more accessible large-group properties which, given everything packed into it, feels almost like an oversight in the pricing.
The main living space sets a bright, easy tone — soaring ceilings, natural light, and an open flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cozy couches face a large smart TV, and there's a shelf of board and card games for anyone who wants a low-key evening in. Nothing about it feels stiff or overly staged. It's the kind of house that seems to expect a crowd.
The kitchen backs that up. Fully stocked with high-end cookware, a spacious island, and a proper coffee and espresso bar, K-cups, ground coffee, syrups, the whole setup, mornings here start with something better than instant coffee. Whoever's on breakfast duty won't be improvising.
This is the part of Bora Bora that shows up in almost every review. The custom-painted theater and game room comes with plush reclining chairs, surround sound, a popcorn machine, and neon lighting that makes the whole space feel more like a hangout spot than a spare room. Beyond the theater seats, there's a private arcade setup, four retro machines, an Xbox, a pool table, shuffleboard, and a 3-in-1 game table. One guest described a four-generation family reunion where everyone, from the grandparents down to the youngest kids, found something to do in this room alone.
Downstairs, a bunk room with three bunk beds and its own smart TV tends to become the kids' unofficial headquarters, sharing a full bathroom with the rest of the main floor. Upstairs, the primary suite is the clear showpiece ,an oversized custom bed, warm textures, panoramic windows that flood the room with light, and two walk-in closets with custom shelving. The ensuite feels more spa than bathroom, with a double vanity, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room.
Four more bedrooms round things out, each with its own smart TV and personality: a calm king suite, a bright twin room, a king room with a bold green accent wall, and a room with two queen beds. Between the six bedrooms and the dedicated office, it's genuinely easy for a big group to spread out without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw.
This is where Bora Bora earns its name. A deep pool and in-ground hot tub anchor the space, both rimmed with LED lighting that guests can control to shift the whole yard's mood soft and chill for a quiet evening or fully lit up for something livelier. There's a private pickleball court, a mini golf setup, two hammocks, and a firepit lounge with string lights and desert landscaping for when the sun goes down and everyone's ready to slow down a little.
A gazebo dining area with a BBQ grill rounds out the outdoor space, ready for a group dinner under the string lights. More than one guest has mentioned that the backyard alone was worth the trip.
With reviews and a perfect five-star average, the pattern in the feedback says a lot about who this house is for. A four-generation family reunion. A skydiving team from Colorado using it as a home base between jumps at Skydive Arizona. An annual guys' golf trip. Whatever the reason for the trip, Bora Bora seems built to hold it.
Bora Bora isn't trying to be a quiet retreat, and it doesn't pretend to be one. It's built for groups who want to actually do something together — swim, play, gather around a fire, argue over who's winning at shuffleboard and then wake up and do it again the next day. If that sounds like your kind of trip, Casa Grande's most talked-about villa is ready for you.
Reserve your dates and see why guests keep calling this the most exciting stay in Casa Grande.
