Modern and spacious house with hotel style linen and towels. Spa like master bath and luxury master suite. Stunning backyard and large enough pool for laps. Well stocked kitchen and fun game room. The AC was excellent and very necessary in 95 degree weather. Tastefully decorated house with very comfortable sofas and mattresses. Great service and quick responses by host. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good, had an issue with the pool open checking in and they responded in a timely manner and were able to address the issue right away. Home was clean and spacious. Plan on bringing or purchasing a few necessities for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and always answered our calls and texts right away. The villa was clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, with a gated pool area. The pool was large and the temperature was perfect, and we loved the hot tub and beautiful pool setup with comfortable chairs and a tanning chair in the water. The beds were comfortable, and the game room was a great bonus. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would definitely recommend it!

Our family stay-cation was much needed and this home was really what we needed! Mike was quick to respond to any request we had and was polite and respectful. 5/5 home and host. We appreciate you lending us your home to get away for a little and hospitality. Will be coming back to this home or one of the other homes he has available. Thank you again!

I really enjoyed Mike's Chill & Relax. It was just as advertised with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The adults loved having their own space within the house. The kids loved the game room, so much for them to do and get them off their tablets. And we all enjoyed the backyard- the heated pool, the hot tub and the fire pit. This house was beautifully decorated with a homey feel. Mike, our host, was very responsive and provided clear instructions. He did reach out and notified me of a small issue that came up during our stay. But also, he had a solution to the issue. Ultimately, it all worked out and we had a great stay in Mike's Chill & Relax. I would highly recommend this place for your next trip.

This is a great place for a large group of people. The pool is excellent, there's lots of space inside and out, and the game room is a nice touch for a hangout area. Plus the master bathroom shower is a great experience - roomy, with built-in BT speakers and variable lighting.
