🔹 Absolutely No Parties or Loud Gatherings – This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Strict quiet hours are enforced from 7 PM to 8 AM. Parties, excessive noise, or disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Noise complaints may result in immediate removal from the property and a $1,000 penalty. If neighbors report a party or serious disturbance, local authorities may be contacted. We take this policy seriously to protect our community and maintain a peaceful environment.

🔹 Pool Availability – The pool is generally open from April through September, weather permitting. If temperatures become too low, the pool may close earlier in the season.

🏊 Please note that the pool is seasonal and availability depends on the weather. 🌤️ The pool may close earlier or remain open later depending on weather conditions. Feel free to reach out to us before booking or during your stay to confirm whether the pool is still open.

🔹 Pool Heating – Pool heating may be available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice and is subject to availability and weather conditions.

🔹 Luxury Comfort – Guests can enjoy high-quality mattresses, comfortable linens, bathrobes, and plush towels throughout their stay.

A 10 out of 5! Big gem in Linden! Our daughter attends Montclair State University and whole family traveled from OHIO to visit and see her perform in her dance show. We were VERY IMPRESSED with property. Looked exactly like pictures, exactly like description and clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone had their own private space, enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone and we often gathered in the beautiful living room/dinning room/kitchen area. Love the open concept felt just like HOME. Good Energy & Vibe & Roomy. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, plenty street parking directly in front of property along with driveway parking and we were located to many attractions, stores and restaurants. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our time was. Definitely will be back again and again and again until our baby girl graduates! Thanks again for EVERYTHING! FYI, there is no laundry in the house, but very close laundry mats in the area which were convenient. 30 Burgers & Pasquale’s 5⭐️s

This house was very comfortable lots of bedrooms and beds. Big area to hang out and watch TV. We had a great time. Down the block from Dunkin & 7-11. Easy to get to. Looks like in the summer there is a pool & cabana which would make this a great summer stop as well as the winter. Host was very communicative and easy to work with. I recommend this house to everyone.

We had a great stay at this property. The house offers a very large common area, perfect for gathering, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The customer service was excellent—Pinny was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus: about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and only 2 minutes to a 7-Eleven. Transportation and shopping were both very convenient.Highly recommended.

Pinny and Ushey's place was a great fit for our group of 7. The place was very clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive. Parking was a bit tricky because we had a few cars and the driveway only accommodates one vehicle. Street parking was plentiful but there are signs stating you can only park on the street for 2 hours Monday -Saturday. We left our cars on the street for longer than 2 hours and luckily didn't get any tickets. All in all, I was pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

My family of 16 really enjoyed our stay. It was more than enough room to gather & celebrate Thanksgiving away from home. The host were extremely communicative, always responded in minutes and were very friendly. The only reason the value question did not get 5 stars is because we could not enjoy all they had to offer (but we knew that). I would love to go back during warmer months to enjoy the pool, the backyard oasis and the room balconies.

Very great stay,house was beautiful as shown, very spacious.Loved the pool table and dart board and the surrounding system was a very nice addition as well. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and very kind ,allowed us to open the heated pool for our stay which was the highlight of the trip and of course the jacuzzi!
