🔹 Absolutely No Parties or Loud Gatherings - This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Strict quiet hours are enforced from 7 PM to 8 AM. Any noise complaints or disturbances may result in immediate removal from the property and a $1,000 penalty. If neighbors report excessive noise or a party, authorities may be contacted. We take this rule very seriously to protect our community and maintain a peaceful environment for all.
🔹 Pool Availability – Open April-November weather permitting. If temperatures drop too low, it may close earlier in the season.
🔹 Pool Heating – Available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

We had a wonderful stay with Pinny and the Relaxtay Team. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, a perfect space for our family during a special celebration. Everything was well maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the space for guests. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The hosts were kind, responsive, and truly attentive, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. You can really feel the pride they take in hosting and creating a welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend this home and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Pinny and Ushey's place was a great fit for our group of 7. The place was very clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive. Parking was a bit tricky because we had a few cars and the driveway only accommodates one vehicle. Street parking was plentiful but there are signs stating you can only park on the street for 2 hours Monday -Saturday. We left our cars on the street for longer than 2 hours and luckily didn't get any tickets. All in all, I was pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

My family of 16 really enjoyed our stay. It was more than enough room to gather & celebrate Thanksgiving away from home. The host were extremely communicative, always responded in minutes and were very friendly. The only reason the value question did not get 5 stars is because we could not enjoy all they had to offer (but we knew that). I would love to go back during warmer months to enjoy the pool, the backyard oasis and the room balconies.
