Our large, modern home conveniently located midway between Tucson and Phoenix is the perfect oasis for your desert vacation. and 30 min. from upscale Scottsdale, this calm oasis is located in picturesque Casa Grande town, only a 15-minute drive to the center and 10 min. to Dave White Golf Course. . With accommodations for 11 guests, multiple living areas, kids amenities, and a spectacular resort-like rear yard with a pool, as well as dining and lounge areas, you’ll love every minute of your stay here.

Living space

As you enter the grand two-story formal living room, you’ll be dazzled by the streaming sunlight, the modern coordinating furnishings, and the art-deco-style decor.
Six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room with a washer & dryer, central AC and heat, well all the technology you’ll need to support You during your stay with us.
Have a seat on the comfortable genuine leather sofa and enjoy your coffee, conversation, and perhaps a charcuterie board with your closest friends and family. The tall ceilings lend a light, breezy feel to the area, making it a favorite of all our guests.

LIVING AREA

The lively den sits just off the kitchen and features a massive sectional sofa, perfectly situated in front of a large 60’ Smart TV. Curl up with a big bowl of popcorn to binge-watch your latest favorite series or take in a movie.

If you need to throw a load of clothes or towels in the wash, a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer are available off the kitchen.
Still need to catch up some work on your vacation, The private desk and chair located on the first floor will do the job. Just connect your lap top to the provided monitor and mouse!

Guest access
You will have access to the whole home & yard outside of an owner’s closet. The home can be accessed via a keyless entry lock & a code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

🐾 No Pets – Pets are not permitted at the property.

🎉 No Parties or Events – Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

🚭 No Smoking – The home is strictly non-smoking.

🏊 Pool Safety – The pool is not gated. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool and backyard area.

💰 Refund Processing Fee – If you cancel within the applicable refundable cancellation period, 5% of the total payment will still be deducted as a processing fee.

🔒 Security – Exterior security cameras are installed for property security and guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

💳 Damages & Cleaning – Excessive mess, additional cleaning, or property damage may result in extra charges.

🛋️ Furniture Policy – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture or décor.

🍽️ No Food in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals and snacks in designated dining and common areas only.

🔕 Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 8 AM. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise at a respectful level during these hours.

💧 Use of Amenities – Use of the pool, spa, court, firepit, and other provided amenities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be properly supervised when using applicable amenities.

I gave the hosts, both Pinny and Ushey 5 stars. Although there were some issues, each item was addressed immediately and with complete professionalism. Whatever we may have needed was 100% taken care of promptly and with courtesy. I highly recommend that anyone who needs fo be in Casa Grande stay here!

From the first message, Mike was very friendly and responsive. Details on the location and how to access the property were clear. The home itself was spotless and very comfortable. The place looked better than the photos. The backyard was a great place to spend some time. The home was very well equipped. I honestly wish I would have spent at least 1 more day at this home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a little getaway with the fam.

This Villa is just something really special, beautiful location by a quiet corner what you wont get much like this anywhere else and the hosts are just one of a kind!!! Great base for our activities and a place to wind down and relax Positive: Everything! What a great house, lots of room, clean and tidy, great garden. Great hosts - had a few small nibbles like an empty bbq gas bottle but they were straight out to sort it. Seriously - if you’re in Eloy / casa grande (we were skydiving) then this is ideal for a house share. Negative: Nothing

Our stay was a dream come true! Place was everything that was said plus more. House was beautiful and spotless clean. We really enjoyed relaxing in the indoors. The outdoors are a dream come true the immaculate clean pool and lots of lounge chairs will surely make this the vacation home to return next year.
