The drive from the airport to our home takes about 25 minutes. ★ We will put a pre authorisation hold of $500 security deposit on your card on file before or during your stay. ★ Security cameras in the front of the house only. ★ Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kits. ★ Housebroken pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pup. ★ The Backyard is fenced, but the pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times. ★ Use of the pool/spa, hammocks, bunk bed and exercise equipment is at the guest’s own risk. ★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable. ★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises. ★ Guests that are not in the reservation are not permitted. ★ Be respectful of check-in and check-out time. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
